What is included in the product?

The product includes one Car Diffuser Christmas Nutcracker or Beaded Pumpkin Lantern or Pineapples Candles, and one bottle of essential oil.

How do I use the product?

To use the Car Diffuser, simply add a few drops of essential oil to the felt pad and clip it to the air vent in your car. To use the Beaded Pumpkin Lantern, simply add a few drops of essential oil to the cotton ball and place it inside the lantern.

Do I need to register before placing an order?

You do not need to register before placing an order. You can register as soon as you are done shopping or pay as a guest.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No, we do not charge any restocking fees for our items.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

How do I know which size to choose?

We have described each of our products with complete information on boards and materials. So when you visit our product page. You will know everything about the product.

How do I check the status of my order?

  • You can see the status of your order with your order number.
  • Click on the Order Tracker page. Make sure you have an order number.

Confirmations are emailed within 24 hours when:

  • Your order has been received or
  • Your shipment has been processed, based on the valid address provided to us

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order status to change.

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package. Track your package with the order number.

What is your return policy?

Online purchases are valid for a refund within 30 days from the date of dispatch either through our returns portal

All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached must be in the original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documentation (if applicable).

How soon will I receive a refund for my return?

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
